I went here when I was trying to buy a Subaru. Worst customer service experience ever. They refused to believe that my trade in was what I said it was, (even though I brought all of the paperwork for the car.) The sales manager called me a liar to my face. They refused to give me KBB value for my trade-in, even though I brought the KBB printouts with me. They refused to lower the price of the car more than $500. They already had the car stickered at over $1000 more than KBB valued it at. This isn't private party value either. This is what you were supposed to expect to pay at a dealer. They lost me as a customer and the very same day I went and bought the STI that I currently own. I will never go to that place again and will never recommend them.
