Probably the WORST customer service in the Midwest! I went in with the notorious rear strut clunk, and was dismissed with "why golly gee whiz, we ain't never heard of that before" after an additional couple months of it getting progressively worse, I go in and demand that they check it out, then I get told "Your warranty expired five (5) days ago, but we can fix it at regular cost." Sad, just freakin sad!
