1st experience was purchasing my VF34 and their crank pulley. Had the parts within a week and were in perfect condition.

My last experience on the other hand was horrible. I ordered the Cusco Motor/Tranny mount kit and the Perrin Master Cylinder Brace. After 3 weeks, I called and they sent it to a completely wrong address. I corrected it and had them send it again. After another 3 weeks, I still hadn't received my parts. Called them again, the customer service guy said that FedEx tried delivering the parts 3 times but there was no answer at the door. This is complete BS since there is always someone at the house. I had them send it again. The following thursday, the parts finally showed up. Box was damaged but the parts were fine. I'm extremely dissatisfied with how long it took to get the parts and the fact that they were sent to the wrong address. They are undergoing some kind of computer changes so that may be the cause but its still frustrating.
