The sales guys are really nice. Even though we didn't wind up buying there, I felt good after I left.
The service department on the other hand... I've now canceled two appointments because of their stupidity and now refuse to ever hand them my keys. The woman on the phone, when I told her I had a "2008 STI", replied, "What kind of car is that?" In previous conversation I've tried getting them to tell me what kind of oil they as a dealer recommend to use in turbo cars (synthetic blend I hope). They couldn't tell me. Oh, and my wrx wagon is not an outback. Thanks.
