Shop was rude and failed to properly fix my car. I had brakes turned and new pads put on. They failed to tighten the E-brake, and when I got home, nearly rolled into another car after parking. Then after going back, they were closed so I went to another shop, and returned at a later day to be refunded for having to have my car fixed at another shop, and they refused to reimburse me. Contacted their corporate offices, they said the local manager would call me to discuss further, and over a month later with no call. Horrible customer relations.
