I bought my 98 2.5Rs at ocean subaru, the car had gone through there shop and everything passed inspection accept the airbag light was on because of a bad clock spring. they said they could get the part in but it would take over a week, i had already sold my other impreza and needed this car to drive to work on monday, so i just took the car as is and decided to try to find one at a junk yard, i took the car to the local subaru dealer which i worked at about a year ago and they said that the airbag light wasnt an issue at all, but it needed new pads and rotors all around, one tire had a bulge on the inside that didnt pass, so i had to get 4 new tires, it needed a cv shaft, a knock sensor(ocean subaru cleared the code didnt tell me about it and when i got to my local dealer the check engine light came on) and a reverse light switch, thanks to ocean subaru i was stuck with a rather large bill
