The only good thing I got out of the dealership was pricing, I was firm on my offer and attempted to go to other dealerships multiple times because they are very aggressive and rude. They kept giving me bogus excuses about why my price was too low in condescending manner and bs blah blah blah. I tried to post my negative experience with them on nasioc and I got a call from the the sales manager Corey with a threat to cancel my order and keeping the down payment if I didn't remove the post. So I removed it until I went to pick up my car and reposted my bad experience with them.

I hear the service department is pretty good though, but my experience with sales transaction kept me from going anywhere near that place.

The moral of the story is these guys are aggressive and cocky, almost to the same level as Quirk Subaru who are notorious for aggressiveness in Mass.
