Best place to find that one subaru part you been needing. I have got some much from them.

The site was nicely laid out and very easy to navigate. The price I paid for my rear endlinks were slightly cheaper than the OEM endlinks. Sin was very helpful in completing my order. Shipping was a little high but not out of line and delivery was as I expected. Overall good experience.

I placed an order on-line and after an hour or so I realized that I left out a part. I called Rallitek and unfortunately the rep wasn't able to add the item to my original order as it was already boxed up and being prepared for shipping. On a good note, he sent the item in a separate box and didn't charge me any extra for shipping. Now that's customer service at it's finest! Highly recommended...

Great customer service, They didnt have the exact item I was looking for, they quickly responded and worked with me for alternate products in place of waiting for back order, I would definatly purchase through them agian.

Awesome company to buy subaru parts from. They really know what they are doing. I just wish they had a shop in the midwest.

Phenomenal customer service. Gmail users beware, they seem to filter gmail addresses, but once I emailed them from my yahoo account they got RIGHT back to me, and have answered my every question right away. I ended up calling to order, and they were VERY helpful making sure I got the right parts, even when I asked for the wrong ones! Located in Oregon so I can't comment on their service shop, but online experience has been terrific.
