Amazing dealership. The atmosphere is intoxicating and everyone at the dealership are true subie lovers. They do well with getting into the Subaru community like at events and stuff too.
+1 on the parts dept. Ive never seen a Subie dealership with the stock SOLV has. They had the ARP wheel studs(that were back ordered everywhere else). Had a bunch of SubieMerc things there too..
The parts department is very good. Ken knows what he is talking about and is very helpfull. The service department frankly is not. I have had issues with them in the past as far as diagnosing a issue. They just threw parts at my car untill finally they replaced the shortblock. First they replaced the turbo, fuel pump ,turbo inlet and more. If they would have figured out the issue first it would have saved me a lot of money and time. From what I have heard the sales department is uneducated on Subaru's The shinning light in the dealership is Yuji
