The prices were better than my local dealer and the site was set up reasonably well. It was difficult to navigate the OEM section but only because of the myriad of subaru part numbers. Add on that I bought parts that are not original equipment for my model and it gets a bit confusing. Jamie was very helpful in completing my order. Shipping was reasonable and delivery was extremely fast.

Jaime was a pleasure to deal with and answered my emailed questions quickly. My order was shipped the same day it was placed. Excellent customer service and speedy turn around time... highly recommended!
